The invention discloses a method for optimizing voltage control and a Voltage Optimiser system, and particularly relates to a photovoltaic optimizer at a photovoltaic module level or a cell string level in a power generation system, which recommends setting a reference voltage of a DC bus of an inverter and a reference duty cycle of a corresponding power optimization module according to a system conversion state by setting a judgment unit, thereby avoiding various power generation mismatch losses of various photovoltaic modules, and stabilizing a DC bus input voltage within a very small range of variation, balancing the voltage impact of a power grid disturbance, and meeting high voltage ride-through requirements; and maintaining an inverter at a relatively high input voltage, thereby increasing the power generation capacity of a series body, improving an AC output voltage, and reducing AC line losses of an inverter, a step-up transformer, a cable, etc.; and reducing system response speed and accuracy requirements, and is suitable for large-scale centralized power generation systems, and comprehensively and efficiently utilizing a power optimizer to improve the power generation efficiency of a photovoltaic power station and reduce construction costs.
