Classification Of Ac Reactors
1.AC Reactors can be divided into two categories: AC reactor and DC reactor. Let's talk about AC reactor first. Their function is mainly to resist interference. For example, in some AC circuits with higher working voltage, in order to better avoid the "pollution" caused by higher harmonics generated by electrical equipment, AC reactors are generally installed at the incoming line of electrical equipment. It is a three-phase coil wound on a three-phase iron core. The wire diameter of this coil should be thick enough because it is ordinary. When selecting an AC reactor, we focus on inductance, which should be selected based on the current flowing through the reactor not exceeding 3% of the rated current. For example, a 30KW motor with an allowable current of 60A, then the inductance of the AC reactor is 032mH
2. The DC reactor mainly plays a filtering role in the circuit. The coil of the DC reactor is wound on a single-phase iron core. We know that the inductance of the coil is zero in DC, so when winding, the number of turns of the winding coil will be more than the number of turns of the AC reactor, which will have a very good filtering effect. At the same time, the DC reactor can also reduce the interference caused by wireless communication noise. So we can see that whether it is an AC reactor or a DC reactor, their basic concept is the same, which is to suppress AC data signals, so this component is widely used.
