Dynamic Voltage Regulators Challenge Various Harsh Power Environments

Dynamic Voltage Regulator (DVR) has been widely used in testing equipment such as medicine, industrial non-destructive testing, stations, customs inspection, etc. It is also widely used in military fields such as radar transmitters and electronic aeronautical chart displays. Traditional dynamic voltage regulators are large, bulky, and low in efficiency, which seriously affects the development of supporting equipment. At present, our dynamic voltage stabilizers mostly use a high-voltage electric to low-voltage isolation transformer and an all-in-one stabilizing machine composed of 9 high-power compensation autotransformers. The thyristor module is used to adjust the voltage to achieve contactless and brushless voltage stabilization. It replaces the traditional copper pillar plus carbon brush voltage regulation mode, thereby greatly improving the voltage stabilization response time, greatly reducing the volume and weight, increasing power, and improving efficiency. Stabilized power supplies have the advantages of high conversion efficiency, high load, high precision, and low ripple. These advantages are also the research direction of designers for regulated power supplies. I believe that our products will continue to make breakthroughs in these aspects. Dynamic voltage regulators can be used in higher voltage environments, challenge various harsh power environments, and meet customer requirements.
