The Role Of Automatic Voltage Stabilizer
Automatic Voltage Regulator is a device that stabilizes the output voltage. It consists of a voltage regulating circuit, a control circuit, and a servo motor. When the input voltage or load changes, the control circuit samples, compares, and amplifies, and then drives the servo motor to rotate, causing the position of the voltage regulator carbon brush to change. By automatically adjusting the coil turns ratio, the output voltage is kept stable.
The automatic voltage stabilizer has several major functions:
(1) The control circuit uses true effective value sampling method
(2) Automatic recovery function; when the power is suddenly restored after a power outage, the output power supply can usually be delayed for 5-8 minutes to start, which can effectively avoid the situation where the electrical appliance is damaged due to excessive voltage.
(3) Over-voltage and under-voltage protection; precision instrument accuracy level (accurate) with high voltage requirements; plays the role of stabilizing the voltage. If the voltage is high, it will drop, and if the voltage is low, it will rise again.
(4) Input overcurrent protection; the corresponding selection should be made in combination with the specific circuit conversion mode
(5) Limit protection, phase sequence protection
(6) Overload, short-circuit protection, mains bypass function
