The Temperature Of Dry-type Transformer Cannot Exceed How Many Degrees
Dry Type Transformer The maximum temperature that the temperature cannot exceed is related to the heat resistance grade of the insulation material used. Generally, when the dry-type transformer uses F-class and H-class insulation materials:
F-class insulation material: the allowable temperature rise is 100K, and the maximum allowable temperature is 155℃.
H-class insulation material: the allowable temperature rise is 125K, and the maximum allowable temperature is 180℃.
Therefore, the maximum temperature that the temperature of the dry-type transformer cannot exceed depends on the grade of its insulation material, which is generally 155℃ or 180℃. It should be noted that in actual operation, the dry-type transformer should avoid approaching or reaching these extreme temperatures for a long time to prevent accelerated insulation aging and affect the service life of the transformer.
