Uninterruptible Power Supply Definition And Principle
Definition: Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS), is a power supply device composed of a converter, a switch and an energy storage device (such as a battery) to maintain the continuity of load power when the input power fails. Principle: When the mains input is normal, the UPS stabilizes the mains and supplies it to the load, and charges the battery inside the machine at the same time; when the mains power is interrupted, the UPS immediately converts the DC power of the battery into AC power through the inverter, and continues to supply power to the load to ensure the continuous operation of the load.
