Voltage Optimizer

Voltage Optimiser, three-phase AC voltage optimizers can be used as input filters for adjustable speed DC drives. They can also be used as input/output filters for AC PWM (pulse width modulation) variable frequency drives. With the addition of a voltage optimizer, drive operating characteristics can be significantly improved, the input rectifier of the drive can be protected from failure or damage, and the tuning requirements of the drive are no longer important. In solid-state power circuits and power supplies or motors, voltage optimizers act as buffers at the circuit interface (unlike surge voltage suppressors in desktop PCs).
