What are the factors that affect the normal use of Dynamic Voltage Regulator (DVR)?

① The influence of gas quality. a. If the gas contains a certain amount of S02, H2S, aromatic hydrocarbons, tar and other substances, it is easy to cause damage to rubber parts. b. If the gas contains a certain amount of S02, H2S, H2O, O2 and other substances, it will cause corrosion damage to metal parts such as copper and iron. e. If the gas contains a certain amount of particulate dust, after long-term use, it will affect the clearance of the sliding fit of metal parts, causing equipment failure and malfunction. d. If the gas contains a certain amount of particulate dust, when the flow rate is large, high-speed dust will cause damage to the shell and other parts. This kind of damage caused by wear or impact is more common in gate stations. e. If the gas contains a certain amount of substances that are easy to produce phase changes at room temperature, such as elemental sulfur, naphthalene, anthracene, light oil and other substances, it will produce liquid accumulation and grains will adhere to the surface of the valve stem, inner cavity, diaphragm, etc., affecting the normal use of the pressure regulator. ② Influence of actual use conditions

a. If the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is too large and the flow rate is large, cavitation damage will occur to metal parts, especially the shell.

b. The ambient temperature is too high or too low. In some cases, the medium temperature is too low due to large pressure reduction and poor heating, which will cause damage to the membrane and other rubber parts.

c. If the equipment is not properly selected, the difference between the actual capacity range of the equipment and the rated capacity is too large, which is easy to cause overall or partial damage to the moving parts of the equipment.

③ Influence of the equipment itself

a. Defects in the structure of the equipment itself.

b. Defects in the material of the parts used in the equipment.
