What are the general technical requirements for automatic voltage stabilizers?
1.Automatic Voltage Regulator The static characteristic test of pressure regulation should be carried out, and its pressure regulation accuracy, closing pressure, etc. should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
2. The pressure differential of the automatic voltage regulator should not be greater than 3% of the rated outlet pressure.
3. The automatic voltage regulator should have sufficient strength, and its shell should be able to withstand a water pressure of 1.5 times the maximum inlet pressure; but it should not be less than 0.2MPa.
4. The automatic voltage regulator should not leak during the air tightness test.
1) The inlet side should be tested with a pressure of the maximum inlet pressure.
2) The outlet side should be tested with a pressure of 4 times Pb (1.5 times Pb for medium and high pressure).
5. The automatic voltage regulator should be durable and can still meet the technical requirements after at least 30,000 openings and closings.
6. The diaphragm of the automatic voltage regulator and the pilot should be tested for medium corrosion resistance and low temperature, and can withstand an air pressure of 0.1MPa.
7. Appearance requirements: The surface paint of the automatic voltage stabilizer should be uniform, with consistent color, and without defects such as peeling, cracking, and bubbles.
