Constant Voltage Transformer Detailed Introduction
Constant Voltage Transformer(CVT) is a new product successfully developed by our company. It has novel design, excellent structure, superior performance, low noise, small size and light weight. In particular, it has stable output voltage and soft start current limiting performance, and has functions such as anti-peak overvoltage and short circuit protection. It has high reliability and is a semi-permanent device. It can greatly extend the service life of the electron tube and improve the stability and working reliability of high-frequency equipment. The product has been widely used as the electron tube filament power supply of high-frequency equipment, and is favored and praised by experts and users.
Technical indicators
Input voltage: 220V AC 50Hz or 380V AC;
Output voltage: suitable for various types of electron tube filament voltages;
Output voltage stability: under rated load, when the input changes by +15%-10%, the output voltage changes by ≤±2%;
Load characteristics: when the load changes from no-load to full-load, the output voltage changes by ≤2%;
Soft start characteristics: when the output is short-circuited (equivalent to the low-resistance state of the cold filament of the electron tube), the short-circuit current is less than 1.5 to 2 times the rated load current, and the output voltage automatically drops to approximately zero, and the transformer can also short-circuit and protect itself without any damage. Due to the output overcurrent protection characteristics of this type of transformer, the peak current at the start of the electron tube is limited, so that the cold filament is protected from damage by large current shocks, thereby protecting the electron tube.
Efficiency at full load: 80-85% for rated power below 1KW; 85-90% for rated power above 1KW;
Long-term use environment: working environment temperature -20℃~+40℃, using F-grade high temperature resistant materials, temperature rise 80℃.
