How To Adjust The Output Voltage Of The Voltage Regulator If It Is Too High Or Too Low?

Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 41

Voltage stabilizers are divided into single-phase and three-phase. The output voltage of single-phase voltage stabilizers is generally 220V, of course, there are also 240V, and some are 215V; while the output voltage of three-phase voltage stabilizers is generally 380V, and some are 400V or 365V. What should I do when the output is too high or too low? Can I adjust it to the normal value by myself?

Of course you can. Basically, there must be a fine-tuning device on the circuit board of each voltage stabilizer. You can try to fine-tune it as long as you find this device. Because the range of this fine-tuning device is generally around 10V, you should not adjust it too much, but turn it slightly to avoid damaging the equipment.

First, disassemble the voltage stabilizer

Static Voltage Stabilizer has screws on the outer shell. When disassembling, you only need to remove the screws of the voltage stabilizer to remove the outer shell; it should be noted that when disassembling the machine, you must first cut off the power supply to avoid live operation.

After disassembling the voltage regulator, you can see the various internal structures of the voltage regulator. At this time, do not touch other things. Just carefully find the circuit board (i.e. control board) of the voltage regulator and find the button on it that can fine-tune the settings.

Secondly, fine-tune the output voltage of the voltage regulator. Find the fine-tuning button. First, power on the voltage regulator, then find a small cross screwdriver to get stuck on the fine-tuning button, and then observe the voltage meter on the voltage regulator while fine-tuning the voltage clockwise or counterclockwise until the voltage meter shows the voltage we need.

Here we need to remind you:

1. Customers who do not understand the voltage regulator should not debug it privately, because the voltage regulator needs to open the shell and power on when fine-tuning, and electric shock accidents may occur if you are not careful;

2. When fine-tuning the voltage regulator, it is best to have two people operate at the same time, one person fine-tuning the button and one person responsible for observation to ensure safety.
