How to choose the right Wide Range Voltage Stabilizer for the elevator? First of all, we need to understand what type of load the elevator belongs to, so that we can configure a suitable voltage stabilizer, so that it is not too large, nor overloaded, and cannot run. But why should the elevator be equipped with a wide-range voltage stabilizer?

During the use of the elevator, the elevator equipment often fails inexplicably and returns to normal inexplicably, causing the elevator equipment to suddenly become paralyzed, which puts a lot of pressure on the property management company. The main reason is that the computer main control board, signal board, power board and IGBT module of the elevator equipment have been subjected to overvoltage, undervoltage and surge impact interference of the power supply for a long time, which seriously affects the normal operation of the elevator room equipment. Sometimes even when the elevator is running, the damage of the circuit board causes a shutdown failure, so it is inevitable to equip the elevator with a voltage stabilizer.

If the user's elevator motor power is about 15KW, then it should be equipped with a wide-range voltage stabilizer of about 50KW. Why is this? Generally speaking, isn't it enough to equip it with a voltage stabilizer of about 20KW? This is because elevators, like air compressors, start very frequently and work intermittently. They are inductive loads, and the impact current during startup will be 3-5 times that of normal operation. In order to ensure the normal operation of your voltage stabilizer, it is recommended that users select a voltage stabilizer that is at least 3 times the power of the elevator motor.
