The Temperature Of Dry-type Transformer Cannot Exceed How Many Degrees
The temperature of Dry Type Transformer cannot exceed the maximum allowable temperature of its insulating material. Specifically:
F-class insulating material: the maximum allowable temperature is 155℃, and the allowable temperature rise is 100K.
H-class insulating material: the maximum allowable temperature is 180℃, and the allowable temperature rise is 125K.
In addition, the operating temperature of the dry-type transformer is also affected by the ambient temperature. Under the condition that the room temperature does not exceed 40℃ and is not lower than -5℃, the dry-type transformer should be operated according to the nameplate specifications. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and extend its service life, overload operation should be avoided to ensure that the temperature is within the allowable range.
