What Are The Reasons Why The Voltage Stabilizer Cannot Work Properly?

If Automatic Voltage Regulator cannot regulate voltage normally, it may be that the circuit board or motor is damaged and needs to be replaced; it may also be that there is no input power. Check carefully whether the input power is normal, whether the wiring is firm, and whether there is any lack of equalization.

After excluding these possibilities, we test whether the voltage stabilizer can work normally when it is unloaded. If it is normal when it is unloaded, but the voltage stabilizer cannot work normally as long as it is loaded, what is the reason?

1. Check whether the zero line has poor contact;

2. Whether the staff connects the zero line as the ground line;

3. Is it because the load is too large, causing the input voltage to be lower than the voltage regulation range;

4. The input wire is too long or the wire is too thin and the cross-sectional area is not enough, and the line voltage drop is large.

When the voltage stabilizer has problems during use, we should not panic first, and analyze and eliminate them one by one according to the above points. If the contact is poor or the line is connected incorrectly, we will correct it immediately. However, if the load is too large, we need to reduce the load appropriately or increase or replace a larger capacity voltage stabilizer. What we need to pay attention to here is that if the load is an inductive load, the starting current will impact 3 to 5 times the normal working current. We should at least magnify it three times when selecting the voltage stabilizer.

As for the input wire being too long, the line loss needs to be considered when we match the voltage stabilizer, or replace the copper core wire, or increase the cross-sectional area of ​​the wire to reduce the loss.
