What Is The Function Of The Input Side Ac Reactor?
The AC Reactors in the circuit generally has two functions:
(1) Suppress surge (voltage, current); (2) Suppress harmonic current.
The reactor is divided into input reactor, output reactor and DC reactor in the inverter. Different reactors have different functions on the inverter.
Input reactor
It is used to limit the current impact caused by sudden change of grid voltage and operating overvoltage, smooth the peak pulse contained in the power supply voltage, or smooth the voltage defect generated by the bridge rectifier circuit during phase change, effectively protect the inverter and improve the power factor. It can not only prevent interference from the grid, but also reduce the pollution of the harmonic current generated by the rectifier unit to the grid.
Output reactor
The main function is to compensate for the influence of distributed capacitance of long lines (20-200m), reduce the ground leakage current of the motor, suppress the output harmonic current, improve the output high-frequency impedance, and effectively suppress dv/dt. Reduce high-frequency leakage current, protect the inverter and reduce equipment noise.
DC reactor
It is connected between the DC rectifier link and the inverter link of the frequency conversion system. Its main purpose is to limit the AC component superimposed on the DC current to a certain specified value, keep the rectifier current continuous, reduce the current pulse value, make the inverter link run more stably and improve the power factor of the frequency converter.
