When The Output Voltage Of The Voltage Regulator Is Too High Or Too Low, It Can Be Solved In Two Steps

Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 19

The output voltage of Static Voltage Stabilizer is not 220V, some are 235V, and some are only 210V. So what should I do if the output voltage of the voltage regulator is too high or too low? Can I debug it myself? The answer is yes. There is a fine-tuning device on the circuit board of the voltage regulator. You can try to fine-tune it yourself. The fine-tuning range of this device is about 10V, so don't adjust it too much to avoid damaging the electrical products.

Note: Customers who don't understand please don't debug it privately, because the outer shell needs to be opened when the voltage regulator is fine-tuned, and electric shock accidents may occur if you are not careful. It is recommended that two people operate the output voltage of the voltage regulator, one person fine-tunes, and the other person is responsible for observation. When electric shock occurs, disconnect the circuit power supply in time.

1. How to disassemble the voltage regulator

Generally, the outer shell of the voltage regulator is fixed with screws. Please disconnect the power first, then remove all the screws on both sides to take off the outer shell.

After the voltage regulator shell is removed, the circuit, copper coil, carbon brush, etc. inside will appear. Do not touch anything at this time, just carefully find the circuit board of the voltage regulator.

The device next to the letter VR1 in the yellow and black circle position shown is the module that can fine-tune the voltage on the circuit board of the voltage regulator. Most models of voltage regulators have adjustable modules, and some models do not have this module that can fine-tune the voltage and cannot be fine-tuned.

2. How to fine-tune the output voltage of the voltage regulator

At this time, we can first power on the voltage regulator, then find a smaller cross screwdriver and put it on the adjustable module, and then observe the voltmeter on the voltage regulator while fine-tuning the voltage clockwise or counterclockwise until we reach the voltage we want.
